Please try the following:

          - Click the

            Refresh
            button until your finger bleeds.
           - If you typed the page address in the
Address bar, find something better to do.

 - To check your connection settings, click
the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On
the Connections tab, click Settings. Stare blankly at
what appears. It is highly unlikely you have a local area network
(LAN) administrator, but if you ask them, they will tell you to turn
the PC off and on again.

 - If your Network Administrator has enabled it, Microsoft
Windows can examine your network and automatically discover network
connection settings, but will never tell you anything about them.

If you would like Windows to annoy you by appearing to do something
            useful and then just freeze,
            click
            Detect Network Settings
           - Some sites require 128-bit connection
security. In order to achieve this, remove the cable which connects
your computer to the internet and cut it into 128 bits. Your
            connection will then be secure.

 - Click the

Back button to try another link.
